Data collected by the website
The website collects only one piece of personal data: your email address, if you sign up to be notified when it opens. Stored with it are the page language (French or English) and the sign-up date. The contact form is not yet connected to a mailbox: what you type in it is neither sent nor stored.
Newsletter: use and retention

- Letting you know when the website opens. Your address is never sold, rented or shared.
- Legal basis
- Your consent, given when you sign up. You can withdraw it at any time.
- Where it is stored
- On the website's server (Hetzner, Finland, European Union), then in Guilb'Air's internal management tool.
- Retention period
- Until you unsubscribe. Without unsubscribing, the address is deleted three years after sign-up. It is kept on the website's server, accessible to the administrator only.
- Unsubscribing
- Write to contact@guilbair.fr: your address is removed from the list.
Audience measurement and advertising
The site measures its own traffic, with no cookies, nothing stored on your device and no third-party service: pages viewed, time spent, referring site, device type, language and country (derived from the IP address at the time of the visit; the address itself is never stored). Each visitor is counted through an anonymous fingerprint that changes every day, so nobody can be followed from one day to the next or identified. These statistics are used only to improve the site, are shared with no one and are deleted after 13 months. No advertising. You can object by writing to contact@guilbair.fr.
Third-party services
YouTube videos only load after you click; the player is then provided by YouTube (youtube-nocookie.com). Links to Discord and YouTube lead to external services, which apply their own rules. The website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH (see the legal notice).
